Rescue Earth presents Ground Up at the Electric Pickle, Friday, September 17, 6 – 10 p.m. This edition of Ground Up features visual artist Alex Yanes, artist Mark Diaz of Mad 2 Design, DJ Anonymous of Passport to Global Sound, Lauren Brown Hornor of the Biscayne Bay Waterkeeper, and other artists and activists from Miami’s Wynwood Arts District. Wynwood Arts District Ground Up is a new platform for Miami-based community organizations, artists and musicians to bring worldwide awareness to the creativity and service taking place in the Wynwood Arts District. The movement’s worldwide communication platform is Ground Up Radio, an innovative internet radio show and podcast hosted by veteran South Florida broadcaster Joe Castello and Finn Hinke of Rescue Earth.
